A very good seasoning for either crawfish or shrimp (haven't tried it on crab). I like the powdered seasoning much better than the Zatarain's liquid or the boil bags. It just seems that the seafood boil soaks up so much more flavor using the power. I like the convenient packages as well. I use 2 packages for a turkey fryer sized boil (6 to 10 pounds of shrimp, with potatoes and corn).
