I like this but it’s super long so it can be awkward to find a spot for it. Also, you can’t take the water container out - which is not a big deal but sometimes pouring water in the back with a cup can get a little messy.
After 2 1/2 months it started saying “add water” even when full, we have to unplug it and wait then try again…sometimes it works and sometimes not. Also it came with no paperwork.
It seemed ok but at day 40 (1 month and ten days) it just stopped working. I used it for 2 cups per day most days. Super disappointed. Wanted it to work out. You get what you pay for I guess.

unfortunately unit totally failed on it's 3rd use. Returned to amazon. immediately and easily refunded purchase price. returned to use of original k-cup I already owned. The original RED unit i first purchased was working and I felt I needed a back up unit. The RED is back in service and still giving good service.
When I called for service I was told to conduct monthly cleanings with vinegar. I did. It continually stops the coffee flow into the cup and is a MAJOR disappointment on an early morning when coffee is desired. I should have returned it immediately!
This Keurig is my favorite, easy to use, makes great coffee, easy to clean and compact
We've had 3 of these, they are great! We use them for travel. I prefer to not use a 'public' coffee maker supplied by hotels, who knows what might have been in there? Ugh! They are also small enough to easily pack in a carry-on.
I drank instant coffee for about a year before deciding that I was just punishing myself. This is an improvement over instant for those of us not motivated enough to make real coffee.
