Size 0-24 months is definitely too small for a 1 year old. It has enough stretch to fit my 3 month old and possibly a little older. Item arrived with BLOOD in the waistband, which is absolutely unacceptable. The ends of the tulle are frayed (which isn’t surprising). Overall, this is disgusting and poor quality. I’ve already started the return process.

This tutu fit my daughter perfectly. She's 15 months old but not big or chunky (20lbs). I had ordered another tutu in her age range and it was too big and too long, but this one for perfectly!
