This Range is Amazing. Very sturdy and powerful. The stainless steel is of high quality. The cast iron grates are heavy and very well built. The stainless steel is not thin like one review said and you do not need a flashlight to see the baking temp like another review stated. The range is very well built and a good size for your bucks. Cooks just like a Viking with a gorgeous flame. Make sure you condition the oven by heating the oven on the highest temperature before use for 30 min to burn off any manufacturing residue and you get the best results from the start. All together added you get 45,000 BTU’s on all burners. I also suggest you read the user Manuel to know what to do and what not to do and how to clean it incase of any spills during cooking. Do not skip the manual. The only negative I have was the Delivery of the product. The delivery was an extreme mess. I was extremely unhappy with the unprofessional delivery. The platform button on the Amazon truck was not working and the guys manually removed the range from above the platform. The range could have fallen on top of them. Please make sure the person delivering your product is using professional moving equipment like straps and is being careful. Also as the item made it inside my house, my wall was banged and wood floor scratched. So please make sure this doesn’t happen to you. I gave the product itself a 5 star but the delivery I give it a zero.

It is almost inconceivable that you can get a gas range delivered in 2-3 days. This is a beautiful unit, installs easily and has 5 burners for every type of cooking. The long center burner works great with the Amazon Basics Pre-Seasoned Cast Iron Reversible Grill/Griddle - it fits the stove perfectly. For a backsplash, we bought a VEVOR Range Backsplash with Shelf 30 x 30.7 Inch Range Hood Wall Shield from Amazon.

This Cosmo Range is a tank! So far really happy with it. It’s the centerpiece of my newly remodeled kitchen. The range arrived by truck delivery service. The pallet it was on had one of the feet sheared off so it was a little precarious and had to be shimmed to stay level. Upon removing all the shrink wrap and cardboard, the range emerged undamaged and in perfect condition. Install was very simple. One thing to know is this range requires a 110v outlet. Most ranges use 220v so make sure your electric has the proper voltage and receptacle. The main reason I chose this range is that it has no digital electronics...it’s on or off, no motherboard to go bad and replace! The oven temp is accurate and the high BTU burners live up to their potential. Because Cosmo is a fairly new product line there’s not a lot of reviews but I’m glad I made the choice. Well built, beautiful design and highly functional. I would recommend the extended warranty (5yrs) in case there’s any issues down the road.

We ordered this unit in Dec 2020 and it has been almost a year and we do not have a working stove . It arrived damaged and we immediately called them. It needed two replacement parts and one was shipped out almost immediately. The other one took three months and I had to call them, as they forgot to ship it. They arranged for a local technician to make the correct repairs and it took over five hours . They damaged the stove and had extra parts . Knobs were not installed correctly and screws put in the wrong spots . I continue to contact them every few weeks , but I fear it will never be fixed . It sits unused in our new home being built , which is almost completed. I have asked for a replacement stove and they refuse .

This is the first GE appliance that I have purchased. I decided on the GE Profile Induction Range because my research showed that it was a quality product and was worth paying $3,000. I did not have an opportunity to see the range and listen to how it sounded in person as I bought this range online. This range arrived on November 3rd and until January 17 it exhibited a loud buzzing that neither of the service technicians said was normal and would be hard to live with. As I am new to induction cooking, I had nothing to compare it to. The response from GE Consumer Relations department was that the noise I was hearing was ’the powerful fans, these stoves are very powerful.” So I did not return the stove within 48 hours and on Monday, November 7 I started my calls to GE Customer Relations because I did not believe that I had a range that was operating normally based on listening to other induction ranges of friends and listening to the operation of this model at a local appliance store. The sound I heard on this model of the GE Profile induction/convection at Kelly’s Appliance in Central Point, Oregon was practically no sound when operational. GE sent out a service person. He and his partner spent two days at my house suspecting that there was something wrong with my range. By the end of the first visit the technician thought that maybe it needed a major part. He came back with pots to investigate further and before he could order a part that he thought would help, he called the engineer at GE and explained what was going on with my range—unusually loud buzzing that one could hear throughout my house. The GE Engineer on the phone asked the technician to hold his cell phone over my stove so he could hear the sound and concluded that the “range was operating as designed”. The technician left without repairing anything and left the stove with the buzzing it had when he arrived. I expect that he thought more was wrong but the GE engineer did not give him the OK to proceed with his diagnostics. In my opinion, not a very scientific diagnosis-holding the cell phone over the stove and having the determination made by listening over the phone. When I spoke with Customer Relations again, a manager said the engineers often diagnose problems over the phone. My ’second opinion’ service arrived on January 17th. The second service people arrived and winced at the noise. They took apart the induction stove top and noticed that the cooling fan was faulty. They swapped out the cooling fan and the noise diminished. So one could conclude that my issue was resolved. What is not resolved is that I have had this faulty range since November 3 and it took many phone calls and over 2 months for GE to take me seriously and resolve this issue. I am very disappointed in GE for postponing this resolution by determining that there was no problem by listening to the operation of the range over a cell phone. It has been a very stressful experience.
