Really cute! I bought the gold tone ring. I will say the color was off didn't look gold or maybe I should say too gold. But this is really nice to wear if in a darkly lite room... i.e. a club. 😄

The perfect ring for a working mom! I can set it to notify my if it's my son's school or my husband that way I know if I really need to look at my phone in a meeting or in my purse.
I want to start off by saying that I ordered a Full Moon Ringly from their spring line the day it was released and I LOVED this product when I first received it. It was beautiful, it fit well, the app is easy to use, set up was a breeze, it worked flawlessly, etc. I loved it. Fast forward a few weeks and one day I noticed that the small rhinestone on the side had fallen out. Concerned I emailed and asked if this could compromise the water resistance of the ring and they offered me an exchange. They sent it out promptly and when I received that replacement it was even more gorgeous than my first Ringly. The stone was beautiful, it synced right up, and worked wonderfully that first afternoon. But then I noticed it didn’t really charge that night. The next morning it was still flashing red when it should be flashing green to indicate it was fully charged. Then about dinner time the second day, it notified me that it had 10% battery left. I thought maybe I had seated it on the charger incorrectly and tried again that night. The next day, the same thing happened. The third day it never warned me about low battery, it just died in the later afternoon. I thought this was weird because the battery life of my original ring was at least 2 full days, but this ring couldn’t last 8 full hours. I emailed again and they offered to send me a new charger to fix the issue. They shipped it promptly, but when it arrived it was a bracelet charger, not the ring charger they said I needed. In the meantime the battery life had gotten less and less reliable, and when I emailed in to say they had sent the wrong charger, they said that a charger swap couldn’t fix my ring. Then they told me they had no more of that style in a ring size I could wear (all three sizes that might fit me were sold out) and that they were not going to order any more of that style. It was a limited edition run and they hadn’t expected it to sell so fast. They also told me there was no way to repair the ring I had previous sent in, or the ring I currently had, and that when one is returned it just goes back to the factory for recycling. They offered me any of the other styles, but the ones that fit my personal aesthetic were all out of stock in my size. I asked when the other styles would be restocked for sizes and they said sometime in the fall (keep in mind this is June). They told me I could look at other retailers to see if I could find a replacement and Barnes & Noble had one of the other styles I liked in my size. Ringly said that they could not help me order from Barnes and Noble, I would have to order it myself and wait for a refund from Ringly once they received my return. I received that Ringly today and it came with part of the packaging missing and the rest held together with scotch tape. The ring itself has scratches and gouges on its surface. I am currently watching my inbox for a return label from Barnes & Noble to return this, my THIRD RINGLY in less than a month, because it is defective or damaged. Meanwhile I can see that the Ringly website is now listing some of the sizes they told me were not going to be restocked last week as available and I am thoroughly confused. I currently have $350 tied up with Ringly and Barnes & Noble and not a single working, undamaged ring to show for it. I loved this product, I love the idea of this product. It’s beautiful, it’s smart, and it worked wonderfully for a few weeks. But this has been one of the most frustrating customer service experiences of my life. Ringly’s staff has been professional, but they are slow to reply and more scripted in their responses than human. There is no chat option and no phone number anywhere on their site or social media accounts to get a faster answer/speak to a real person in real time. While I was overwhelmed with how much I loved the ring for the few weeks that I had a working & intact one, I have otherwise been entirely underwhelmed by Ringly’s customer experience.
Love the ringly. Had a few issues with connectivity initially but I ended up troubleshooting myself instead of following the pairing directions and things are working great!
