This fake tobacco was how I quit chewing and hopefully avoided cancer. It is the only one that accurately simulates the texture of long cut enough. It doesn't juice as much as the real thing but it takes care of the oral fixation. I have gotten most of the way off chew, but still use this stuff for that morning chew that I always want. That and long drives. The biggest plus on that other than not using tobacco, you don't go through these cans like chew. More like one can ever two or three weeks for me, after being a can every other day chewer of Cope.
