I bought two of these, one for a BMW 528 and one for a Subaru Ascent. It fits the BMW perfectly. It works fine for the Subaru Ascent too, but not quite as well. It is just barely wide enough to cover the whole windshield, so you have to be precise installing it. Also, it is long enough to cover the windshield top to bottom, but not long enough to cover the gap between the windshield and the hood like the instructions suggest you should, so it doesn't protect the wipers. Thing might be an issue in a big snow. (On the BMW, it is plenty kong enough to cover the wiper well. As others have said, the material feels pretty sturdy for the price. I've only had them through one light snowfall so far, so I haven't given them a good test. My only complaint is that some of the snow stuck to the cover after I shook it off, which meant putting it in the car with some snow that would melt, rather than folding it up to put away immediately. But that's a minor problem.

I live in Oklahoma, so we don't necessarily get a lot of snow, but we definitely do get some. And the few times I used it this past winter, it was life changing! Lol... So simple! Unless of course you either forget to put it on before the storm starts or if it's extremely windy and -2° outside (these things may or may not have happened) lol anyways, I 100% recommend this product!

The windshield cover did do the job for this winter. It is indeed waterproof so you won't find it soaked after rain or snow lands on it. It also fits my Nissan Cube perfectly, so the sizing was good. Strong winds are able to knock the topside of the cover forward a slight bit, otherwise the cover does stay put once you put it on. The only major concern is durability. I've been using the cover for a month and a half thus far, and already I'm seeing threaded spots throughout (see pic). I'll keep using this cover anyway (better than the crap I used previously from Walmart), but I expect this cover will last maybe 2-3 years tops before serious holes show up.
