How is this a soy sauce alternative? It has the same sodium content as soy but they just made the serving size smaller to be deceitful! most all soy servings are 1 tablespoon, this stuff is .5 teaspoon so you would need to multiply x6 to truly compare! What an awful trick to cheat people who are looking for a healthy way to cut out sodium! I would just go with a ponzu (half the sodium of this) instead of this or even a low sodium soy (2/3 the sodium) before buying this fake product!

I really like this sauce
Loveeeeee this. I’m an avid sushi eater, maybe once or twice a month and this does remind me of eel sauce, I would agree it’s if you mixed soy sauce and eel sauce together, but I LOVE IT. I put it on everything. Yesterday I cut up some zucchini, mushrooms and chicken, cooked them in a pan, added a small amount of sesame oil and then added this on top in my bowl. SO GOOD and so easy.
