A nice combination of Greek olives but I underestimated how big the container is and could not finish them before they went bad
I've been fortunate to live in Japan for many years and this is the best yuzu kosho available in the US. It's commonly served as a side seasoning for super premium meals like wagyu steak served in Japan's best teppanyaki restaurants. You can also find in served in casual steak houses where it's more affordable for families. The combination of salt + citrus + spice goes perfectly with beef and that's always been my preference. I keep it traditional and I don't use this with anything else other than beef but you could try it with other dishes you like. Just a tiny amount is needed per piece so don't be expecting a huge bottle of this stuff when ordering. It will last longer than you think.
I like an olive mix that’s tangy and salty. I serve them as snack with fresh bread or added to lamb, beef, or chicken dishes. Adds a delicious touch. Will buy again.

These olives are awful. They are soft and mushy and taste old
I've purchased bulk olives from Amazon twice before and they where great. These olives I just recieved today must be many years old. The cover had some kind of brown crust on the threads. The olives are all discolored and slimy. Many of them are covered with spots and some are just mush. What should be green olives are a washed out tan color and the black olives are tan with black spots. These olives are clealy many years old and I don't think they are safe to eat. The package has no sell by date but the lot number is 64 10620. I art a few before I reolized how nasty they looked. I'm feeling a little quezy and I hope it is all in my head.
I make a lot of Greek salads for myself, and it’s not a Greek salad without Greek olives. This is a great variety with some green, but mostly black varieties, all with pits. I don’t mind the pits, some might. A little jar of olives from the grocery store is good for 3-4 salads at most. This big jug has kept me in olives for weeks, and I’m nowhere near the bottom. It’s a big jug for the refrigerator, and the container was challenging to open when new (instructions might have helped) but I will absolutely re-order these olives when I’m getting near the bottom of the jug.
