Great customer service n product is as advertised. Very well made and built to last.
There are other similar hinges available like Liberty that show better metal finishing and assembly. This one had rivets that didn’t completely look square and aligned so I assume over time it would show a lot of looseness and rattling, although I didn’t keep them long enough to test this theory out. The edge finishing was also more rough and sloppy looking.

. . . not strong enough spring to be useful for an up swing cabinet door. Sent back for gas shock springs but they seemed well built so nothing wrong with them
