It seemed fine when I received it, but I didn't look carefully enough. I made a cheesecake and it leaked quite a bit. When I was washing the pan I noticed the bottom piece was bent, which must have been what caused the leak. I'm nervous to use it again.
My wife decided to test this out. She made an orange flavored cake--and to my astonishment the recipe called for the cake to be STEAMED in the Instant Pot. So that's what she did, and it came out simply delicious. Moist and perfect! The pan itself seems to be good quality. We're very happy with it.
