Minus: It can only be hung horizontal. The off button is on the back so you have to remove it from the wall to shut it of. Frames with a remote are better for a frame on the wall. There isn't a way to back up the pictures, I have 400 loaded, it will be a loss if it stops working. Although you can watch the videos separately, they cannot be separated from the picture shuffle. Customer service is quick to respond but didn't seem to understand my problem. The app doesn't show all of the pictures on your phone. You get what you pay for.

My original review has issues connecting to wifi, without even being prompted the company reached out and asked to troubleshoot and when it was not immediately resolved offered to send a replacement frame. If that does not speak volumes, I do not know what does. This company stands behind their product. Everything about the previous frame worked and was impressive outside of the wifi connection, it must have been an anomaly because set up with this one was immediate. It recognized my router rooms away and connected. It uses the joint frame app, which works well on my iPhone 12 and the picture quality is great. Would make an excellent gift or upgrade to your non digital photo frames.

I’m very pleased with the performance of this product. I’m a fan of the touchscreen! I like the speed at which it moves the pictures, there are numerous ways to add additional photos, includes memory card slot, vertical or horizontal stand, and other members of the family can add photos via the app. I can’t recall saying this about a product. However, in my opinion it’s currently underpriced considering all the features.

That dude clearly doesn’t know what he’s doing. This stuff is a game changer. Compared to the cost of traditional thermal copier and stencil paper youre already saving money. Additionally, and most importantly; The detail and tones you get in a properly photoshopped image/stencil are completely revolutionary. I now ONLY use the thermal copier for Kelsey’s bird silhouettes and things of that nature.

Its pricey and it's not that great to spend 200 I just use it for small stencils, since trying to print really detailed stencils it seems to get lost I would just stick to the traditional stencil paper.
