I purchased this DV3300 unit to upgrade my working DV3050 to add DVD capability. Unit would not power up on arrival so I had a replacement sent. Second unit was also dead on arrival. Contacted Furrion Support and they couldn’t help. I would not recommend buying this product. I ordered a Jensen in the end.

I bought this for its ability to play DVDs (it will not play Blueray) and its ARC feature. If it wasn't such a pain in the rear to Uninstall it Id send it back. The ARC feature only works when it chooses to, the volume has to be cranked to hear it, the function button is SLOW to respond, the buttons are rattlely and cheap fealing and this remote is a complete joke. I'm obsessive compulsive when it comes to any installation in my motorhome, I solder and heat shrink every connection and maticulously measures and plan every move. To go through an installation like this and have the product preform worse than a China child's toy is infuriating.
My Coachman RV came with this same Furrion entertainment system. Lasted about one year. No audio out. Not for the Am/FM stereo, DVD player, or for Bluetooth hookup. YES!!! Total piece of garbage. You can find even cheaper electronics that will last for years. Not Furrion. This is a common failure for this unit. If Furrion had an ounce of credibility they would replace all these failed units. Even after the year warranty. If at all possible avoid all Furrion products as much as possible. My next RV won’t have any of their junk in it.
