Finally I found this product
Having done that, my older lungs have born the brunt of that early punishment - if you smoke, STOP! It will come back to haunt you as you age...believe me. So, every day I work to keep my lungs clear as I do cough. I will probably be diagnosed with COPD, but I am determined to make that later rather than sooner. I have a few things I do - breathing exercises (borrowed from yoga), nasal lavage to keep my nasal passages as clean and clear as possible and last, but not least, using this portable nebulizer (I also have a warm air facial steamer I use as well). This is a nice little nebulizer that I use a saline solution of filtered water and the same saline solution used in my nasal lavage bottle. The saline steam I breathe in quite often does make me cough, but that's what I need and the purpose to breathe it in - to loosen the stuff that causes me problems in my lungs. I know I cannot repair my lungs back to the day before I started smoking as a young teenager, but with my breathing exercises, regular nasal lavage, and using this nebulizer, I promote the best health possible for me (and my lungs). Well worth it if you, too, have issues similar to mine.
