It's sharp, it's sturdy, the replaceable blades are affordable so you don't have to worry about it getting dulll. I did have some trouble getting the blades in the actual razor, but I imagine that part gets easier. It also looks nice and it's made of metal so it has some weight to it.

I just unwrapped my Falcon razor and gave it a first try. I had a little trouble figuring out whether to insert the blade from the top of the holder and clamp down with the lock or insert it from the bottom. Put it in from the bottom. So this is only the second time in my life I tried to use a straight razor, the first time was about thirty years ago and I gave up on it back then. The magic of the Falcon is the blade guard that holds the blade. This helps to guide me while I'm shaving and I can get the exact, right angle for the cut. I just had one of the best shaves in my entire life, and with the extra blades that came with the razor I know that I am going to save a lot on money in the long run. I also like the aesthetic aspect of using a fancy straight razor, it adds a touch of class to my morning routine. And did I mention that the price is unbeatable? Never look back to those old cheap, plastic razors.

Feels hefty in the hand. The locking mechanism is a bit tight and scary to remove blade after shave but i assume it will loosen up a bit with some use. Overall great product!!
