They advertise resistant starch as a big benefit of this banana flour. However, I found out this product is heated up to almost 200° F. That would destroy all RS2. Wish I had discovered this before I bought this giant bag. Going back to my old brand, which was raw. Really disappointed in the manufacturer for advertising this as a source of RS when their processing methods ensure there's none in it.

The bulk order was not the same as in the picture. Misleading. I was surprised it came in a plastic bag with no description or label or expiry date. Food items should never be sold , with out descriptions, labels, claims or serving details. This goes against FDA regulation. I have always used this product - 14 oz packets which are always properly packaged. Please note this future and take necessary steps to remediate this issue

Ok... I was skeptical. Gluten free flours tend to make such blah mediocre "pretend it's the real thing" substitutions for the foods we dearly miss after our celiac disease diagnosis. My son just made a batch of "garlic knots" with one bag of this cassava flour. He ended up making "garlic sticks" instead of knots because the dough was quite sticky and we didn't want to open another pouch. (we bought the box of six 14oz bags.) Anyway.... These are SO FREAKING GOOD I'M CRYING!!!! Taste & texture is perfect! Thank you for offering this flour!!!!

I love the product. I ordered the bulk size because we were buying small packages so frequently and it was starting to add up. The flavor is great, and doesn’t taste banana-ish. I have used it to make pancakes and muffins so far, and have been very happy with the flavor and texture. It does take some getting used to cooking with because it is quite dense, so I really suggest looking online for some recipes to get started using it. I was a bit surprised that the bulk packaging just came in a zip tied plastic bag. I expected something that was sealed.
