I can't get enough of this stuff. That's why I had to buy a bigger bottle. Great on any oriental food you would normally put soy sauce on but it has that lime kick that I love.
Great on so many things. Didn't care for the lemon ponzu, but this one is bright, light and refreshing. Very similar to what is often served alongside Tuna Tataki (my favorite). Also wonderful on steak, scallops, shrimp and chicken. Great on cold somen or soba noodles. I like to pickle onions in the ponzu sauce and then add as a topper to meat, seafood and sandwiches. No need to make your own ponzu anymore.

Why not buy the bigger size?! It's not going to go bad any time soon and it's so much more economical. I love it.
Love the taste of ponzu sauce on most of my dishes. It's perfect as a salad dressing, on sauted veggies, and of course on the Asian dishes I make I wouldn't use anything other than ponzu. It is less salty than soy sauce and have a little bit of citrus taste to it. Very good size for a regular user like me however it's a bit on the pricey end since I found the same exact one way cheaper in my local grocery stores.
This is our "Go-To" salad dressing, but also excellent for marinating. Since being on a new healthier diet, it's the best replacement for fat & sugar heavy salad dressings.
