This is how I received the box of coffee stir straws. Needless to say I won’t be able to use these and never got a response when I asked to return for a refund.

But, they are packed wrong in the box. You lift the lid and the plastic is all on-end, making it difficult to get them out. Other brands pack them on their side so you can easily grab a handful all at once. Anyways, they are just small plastic tubes for stirring stuff.
