I've tried lots of artificial sweeteners over the past 50 years and this brand has no aftertaste. The confectioner's sugar melts completely and the regular sugar tastes really good. So far, no one has been able to tell that I'm using artificial sweetener in any of my baked goods or even when stirred into coffee or tea. The only complaint is that the granular sugar doesn't dissolve completely.
Love this product. I use it in all my recipes that call for confectioners sugar.
