This does not fit an oval seat. It is not made like the illustration shows. Material is very thin, and I am disappointed. My wife made our own version of this years ago, and it is way superior; no plastic tube, good material with a drawstring and it fits round or oval. The manufacturer should state what it fits and make sure the product matches the advertising. I would expect this from China, but not the USA.
