Sales, a key metric of costs and profits for any business, is the most intuitive and accessible data. With established social media platforms and advertising channels providing detailed insight in regards to website traffic, understanding consumer sentiment--i.e., volume--is one of the more challenging areas to analyze. Volume refers how people express their opinions on our brand's products/services/marketing efforts via various touchpoints; these voices come together as an aggregate that can tell us what consumers need or expect from us – why consumers make purchases with us over others.

The smell of this product is very strange and my child is totally unacceptable and keeps retching while using it!

I have used the adult sensitive fluoride free version for years. I mistakenly thought all Toms of Maine were fluoride free. I hope the company will allow me to exchange my 2 unopened tubes for a fluoride free version 😞🤞🏽🙏🏽
Little novelty toothpaste to try! The toothpaste did not come out brown, like we anticipated, but rather white. The chocolate flavor was definitely there, but was a bit chalky. My kids enjoyed it, but not enough for this to be their daily toothpaste. More just for fun!

This is my kid's favorite toothpaste... I had to tell them I won't buy anymore until they finish the other flavors too!
Is it expensive? Sorta....ok,for toothpaste, yea BUT..... for a child who screams like you should be in jail when all you want to do is brush their teeth and then suddenly ASKS to do it, 3x in a row, of their own volition 👀 .....you were told.

My 2 year old has major oral aversion issues and is tube fed. She loves this toothpaste (we got the chocolate) and she actually lets me brush her teeth with it! Before this she would only use the infant gel brands without fluoride and her dentist wants her using toothpaste with fluoride now. It’s a large tube and it’ll definitely last a long time.
This was a dark grey color and was clearly expired or spoiled. Scary since this toothpaste for children - thank god I always help my child brush and saw the gross color. I tried it and it tasted very off. I will try not to buy toiletries from Amazon going forward. Disappointed.

Ok, to be fair, the product looks nice, packaging is nice and it's fluoride free. But my toddler refused to brush her teeth because it's so bad, despite her LOVING STRAWBERRY EVERYTHING. She flat out said "no strawberry" in her broken, limited amount of vocabulary and did not want to brush her teeth anymore. I switched to children's Colgate Strawberry Banana and she's fine.
