The tab that engages the alarm is extremely weak and broke off preventing the alarm function from working as intended. Installed on a fire escape door that customers continued to use as a secondary exit. Alarm could be a little louder but overall a good product. Only issue is the the battery cover that is also the key switch moved so it was impossible to disengage the alarm. We added an extra piece of Styrofoam behind switch and problem was solved.
