After receiving the product, I felt it didn’t as high-end as shown in the picture, more like a smart plastic trash can. The weight of this towel bucket is really light. As a towel storage, and a heating bucket that can be heated slightly.
The product itself works great and heats up towels excellent. Unfortunately the seller or Amazon sent me a used or returned item. The lid has scratches on it and fingerprint spots straight out of the box. The scent that was supposed to be inside was also missing. I only used the machine to see how it functions but because it has been used I will not use it for personal use due to not knowing where it’s been.

This towel warmer is very helpful in winter. We put towel and clothes inside before taking shower (we do the 20m) and tada it’s nice and warm when we’re done. I Recommend it!!
We absolutely LOVE this towel warmer. It’s huge and fits perfectly in our bathroom. We will put my infant sons towels, and pajamas in it right before we start a bath for him and as soon as he’s done he has nice and toasty towels ready for him. It comes with hooks for the inside that we have yet to use, but you could definitely hang a few wash clothes in there if needs. It fits about two extra large towels in there at once and they are equally warm without any hotspots. The inside does get very hot, so watch fingers and try not to touch the edges when removing towels. It automatically starts if you select a time amount but if you open it and take anything out or put anything in it will need to be restarted. So far we love having it in our bathroom and use it for everything bath/shower.

And during the winter, having a warm towel is nothing short of AMAZING. but All of our prior towel warmers were never big enough for two towles, let alone two large bath towels. This baby has us covered. It easily swallows two large bath towels with no issues. As a side job, I do massage at home. I can fit 4 regular bath towels in it and they stay warm for hours. Another nice feature is the delay setting. You can put your towel in at night and tell it how long to wait before warming the towel up. That way you can have a hot towel for your morning shower waiting for you... Every time I use this (365 days a year) I think to myself that this is what rich people do... have warm towels (I'm not rich by the way) It makes me and my wife happy. I think it will make you happy too.... try it... you could return it if you don't like it, but you wont....trust me...
What a great idea. It's not fun once it's time to turn off the water and transition from a warm shower to a cold room and cool towel. This towel warmer with a large capacity for towels. You can also use it to warm blankets like they used to do in old days with the "warming pans" to make getting into a cold bed more pleasant. Making it even easier is the timer feature. The only possible issue is that it is large (similar in size to a kitchen trash can). If space is limited, check your room limitations because it might not fit in a small area. (If it is a gift, visit the giftee's home and ask to use the restroom to measure.)

 I ordered this bucket style towel warmer for my wife on her birthday. She loves it. We had been using the towel warmer rack style for over a year and it simply cannot compete with the bucket style. The heat with this bucket style is equivalent to when you pull the towel out of the dryer. It’s fantastic. I have no significant critiques. The towel warmer heats up fast and transfers heat to the towel quickly. When it times out (20, 40, or 60 minute timer durations), the heat stays in the bucket (and towel inside) a long time because of the closed lid. The delay timer (up to 24 hour delay) is super convenient. You can set it to start 20 minutes before you wake in the morning so the towel is ready for you when you get out of the shower. In the vein of an insignificant critique, the hooks are no good. They will hang the towel just fine, making it easier for you to reach in and grab it. The problem is they attach from the top of those small plastic clips (shown in the pictures) inside the towel warmer bucket. When you pull the towel out, the clip either comes with it or falls off inside the bucket. Frankly, I think they are something we will end up just removing they are such a pain. The towel warmer is lighter than we expected. It’s not been a problem in any way; it’s just not as heavy as we thought it would be. The plastic outer casing and the very thin metal inner casing just don’t weigh much. Overall, it’s a huge hit. If you’re in the market, avoid the towel warmer racks and go with the bucket style from day one. This one is very good.
