I just lay on the floor and rest my neck on it and relax my head as much as I can and lay on it for a few minutes, when I get up my neck cracks in places it’s never cracked before and I have full range of motion and no stiffness. It is a good concept and it helps to arch your neck, pull your head back a bit etc. I suffer from migraines so I am always looking for products that will help me stretch my neck and remove some pressure where possible.
