We did a “stress test” to see how long it would keep drinks hot/cold and the hot drink stayed hot for 12 hours and is still pretty warm 16 hours later, the cold drink still has ice 48 hours later. I’m so glad I got two of these (one for me, one for my spouse) because now we won’t have to tussle over who gets to take it with them. Great purchase, and love that it comes with two different insulated lids (push on coffee lid and a twist on lid) and two straws.

I initially bought this thinking my cold drink will last me hours , we go to the often in the summer. I gave it a go with cold water and about 7 Ice cubes. Never left my home, temperature in my home was spring like weather. Came back to it 3 hours later ...ice was melted. Would definitely not buy again !
