Total piece of crap, probably a boot, literally died in less than 4 months, super short warranty, gosh I wonder why. Buy from a real dealer or play Russian Roulette on Amazon.
I'd been in need of a whole new UPS, as my smaller 350W ones from 2008 were now no longer charging batteries and would drop the second any type of power issue was detected so grabbing this as its then price of $400 for a 1500VA 1000W UPS was far too good to pass over. I have a 1500VA, 1500W CyberPower UPS for my homelab's rack, so I'm already a heavy fan of CyberPower. Pro's: The unit isn't too heavy and it's shallow depth makes it ideal for limited space in a rackmount, and it doesn't bend the rack up. Ironically, my managed switch puts more of a wow in the rack posts than this unit does. o.O User interface is generic, simple and easy-to-use. If you've used any UPS before then there's really no need to worry about display settings and how-to's. It's got the new built-in green energy system that when the UPS is charged and not on battery, it auto-bypasses the transformer and reduces energy consumption and waste by 75%. Unit switches over from utility to battery quickly, quietly and returns to normal just the same. NO LOUD FANS! In fact, I didn't even notice let alone hear if there was even fans in this unit which is very nice! So bonus on it being ultra quiet! Came to me with 92% full charge, so not a lot of time needed to fully charge it before putting it into production. And last but most important of all: She has that beautiful and wonderful strong fresh/new electronics smell one can't help but admire and relish. That alone was worth the $400 ;) Cons: Unit says default setting is MUTE when running on battery. They lie! ;) Easy fix, though! The screws for the rackmount holes were too small for the back bolts on my rack, and I had to use the screws that came with my rack. You may have different results depending on your rack.

Very good product.install the software and you are good to go. Easy set up.
First time after install unit we had a few second short power failure, unit did not work at all;. After the power failure, unit would not turn on at all, and even 'surge only' outlets were inoperative. Very disappointed.

I've been using the "CyberPower CP1350PFCLCD..." for about 10mos. now. I have 1 computer/monitor, a couple of usb cooling fans and a docking station connected to it. So, far, it hasn't gotten hot or exhibited any strong electrical smell. It also has a handy plug for AC to 9VDC power converters that doesn't block any of the other AC plugs. I'm hoping to get at least 3 - 4 years out of the battery. Time will tell I guess.
I'm using this as backup power for my NAS. I thought all was well when the lights blinked and the NAS kept running just like it should have. The problem came in when the battery on the UPS died and then the NAS abruptly shut down. It didn't switch back over to A/C power after the interruption. It just stayed on backup power until the battery completely died. I don't know if this was a fluke or not. I've tested it a few times by unplugging it from the wall and it switched back and forth like it was supposed to. As of now I'm just waiting for the power to blink to see what its going to do. If it doesn't revert back to A/C power the next time then I am going to have to find another solution.

The UPS worked well for about seven days. I came home one day and found the UPS off, my equipment dark. I turned the UPS back on and got everything only to have it shut off again ten minutes later and display a F03 (charger fault) code followed by a continuous beep. This is the second Cyberpower UPS to exhibit this charger fault for me, so I don't know if my home wiring might have anything to do with it or of Cyberpower just builds shoddy UPS systems.

We've used these batteries in a few different locations so far with great results. They have been a great choice for a small wall-mounted solution where the racks aren't as deep as floor standing or rolling racks. A lot of 1500VA rackmount units are very deep. The photo I attached is where we used 2 of these units, one dedicated just to our DVR, and the second dedicated to the firewall and PoE switches powering the network and cameras. With 45 cameras, it still had a runtime estimated at over 45min, which is pretty good considering we were using about 220W total power consumption. The rack brackets also were sturdy, not allowing the battery to sag as we've seen some do in the past. Lots of room for plugs and transformers in the rear to plug everything in. Would like to see a model in the same physical size with network monitoring capabilities. We will continue to buy and recommend this unit.
Unit malfunctioning from day one. Could not silence periodic beep when unit to be protected was plugged in. The refund process was not smooth, however they did refund my purchase price. I have other APC units that function correctly, this was just an anomaly.

What else is there to say other than what's in the title. Bought 2 of these and neither of them would turn on even after left charging for days. Amazon also does not seem to have any support other than just offering a replacement or refund. I'll just pay a bit more and get a reputable brand
