The scrubber won’t close with the average size ring on my phone case. It only lights up if it’s completely closed. It’s a waste of money unless you have a slim case. They should make it deeper for larger cases.

Using this device is as easy as following a few simple steps, and it does an excellent job at carrying a variety of phones, including my relatively large OnePlus 6t and charging it while it's disinfecting it. Now, does my phone feel or look cleaner? Not really, but I don't doubt that it's bacteria-free. The PhoneSoap also cleans itself after it finishes a round with whatever device you put in it (not limited to just phones). My only gripe with this purchase is that the manual implies that the PhoneSoap was supposed to come with a free 2-in-1 disinfectant spray and wipe and it didn't. I don't know what that was all about, but it was only a minor disappointment--not like I even expected it since it wasn't in the product description when I read it.

I love the device that cleans my phone without wiping it with alcohol every day. It is good quality and price. I have seen much more expensive units that basically do the same thing. Now the negative. I don’t like that after you are done cleaning the phone the blue light comes on when there I nothing in it to clean. I only dislike this because I believe I will be replacing my blue light bulbs sooner. Other than that it is super cool.
