Unfortunately our first mirror arrived broken, the original size was 48x36, we had to return the mirror and reordered a new one. We couldn't find the same size and ordered 48x32. It looks good, but I know 48x36 would look perfect. The packaging of the mirror was really good, I still wonder what happened with the original order when the mirror was broken in pieces inside the box. We love our 48×32 mirror!

It took forever to arrived because of some annoying glitch in amazon accounting process because out of 3 different items i purchased, this one got cancelled for some reason that had nothing to do with my amazon credit card that i completely know of coz it had a lot of funds to fund it so the shipping date was extended twice. I made sure that UPS waits when i had to inspect the merchandise. Ive seen all other reviews, and they said the mirrors were coming up broke so i didnt take any chances. This one had no issues but just the billing. I love my mirror! I will buy a smaller one nxt time. Hope the LED light and the antifog feature will last forever. Only time can tell. Hope it stays sturdy !! The reviews helped a lot!!

I initially liked the mirror however my wife and I have noticed the defrost button turns on randomly and stays on until we notice it and turn it off. 1st off that’s dangerous because it gets hot and stays hot. 2nd why wouldn’t it have a built in timer for that feature to turn off? 3rd I believe it wastes a lot of power to heat the mirror. I’m going to contact the sell and see what they can do for me.
