It's has caused a headache more than anything and return date "is up". I followed all instructions and measurements recommended on instructions, it warmed my breast milk way too hot and i would have to wait to cool it off which leave my baby crying waiting even longer for her milk.
I had high hopes but this thing is so inconsistent.. like sometimes the bottle is scaling hot and sometimes it lukewarm and sometimes hot on the outside but cold inside… it’s crazy. And I’ve read the instructions so I don’t think it’s user error but honestly I would buy something else.. even tho I love dr browns bottles I really dislike this warmer.

Super easy to use, just fill the reservoir and go. No measuring at 2 am. Cleaning is easy, but takes time to run the vinegar through it to purge any muck. We got a second one just for upstairs so no 2 am runs down to the kitchen.
Used one time (for a 2 oz bottle), and no longer turns on. Might as well just buy a cheaper bottle warmer.
I've tried different times, but I always get the same result: the warmer heats the bottle, not the formula. If I went a longer time to have warm formula, I'd burn my son's mouth on the nipple. If I waited until the bottle cooled, my son would be looking at me like I'm trying to starve him. I just don't think the technology is there.
My wife loves it. She used to boil water in a pot, wait for it to cool down and then pour it in the bottle and constantly test the right temperature. Now with this bottle warmer she get the perfect temp every time and prepares the formula directly in the bottle. It's small, portable, looks high quality and techy. As a sterilizer works perfectly as well. With one month of daily use, I recommend the product.

We used it only a few times to mainly sterilize items. Heats up to hot for warming bottles making it way to hot to give baby (Only using themis brand of bottles.) It does heat up quickly as it says which is good though.

We tried this product twice. Although it warmed to formula up okay, it was SCOLDING hot on the outside! Both my husband and I burnt our hands trying to remove the bottle from the warmer. We packed it back up immediately and shipped it back!
