The 2nd shipment was significantly better; however, this leads me to believe some of the QC measures are not equal for all shipments - hence the upgrade from 3 to 4 stars and not to 5. Original review: Packaging and shipping were great. Not so sure about the materials for the price point - feels very plastic like
The first decanter I received had a chip on the inside of the rim, right out of the box. And sadly, the replacement decanter I received was chipped on the outside of the rim. Seems like a nice product, however quality control seems to be an issue. Very disappointed.
