Works for what I do
I started making hard cider at home a little over a year ago, and have used this yeast for every batch. They have all worked great and it has produced a great product each time.
They didn’t rise
This is our first batch of pomegranate wine. Turned out delicious! The first 5 gallons the ballons didn't get very big. We are on our second 5 gallon batch with a different recipe. We've gone through 2 balloons so far and still have a month or so before it's ready for consumption. All you need is one package per 5 gallon container. Still have eight more packages to use on future projects!
Worked for hard kombucha very well. Just noting that here, as this type of yeast was recommended for this process.

I love using this yeast for my Ginger Beer.
shipping was fast , but it took 3 packets before I got one that activated. also my wine had a very bread smell that lingered all the way through. although the taste was good all my friends commented on the fresh oven baked smell of the finished product.
